How does a Catering Company "Go Green"?

At Custom Catering by Domenic & Anthony, the environment is as important as our loyal customers. Here is an ever-growing list of the things we do to "stay green".

	We recycle Paper, Cardboard, Plastic & Glass Bottles.
	We recycle all fat and oils.
	We grow all our own fresh herbs from June - October.
	Effective January 1, 2009, we will no longer use styrofoam products.
	Effective January 1, 2009, all serviceware will either be recyclable or renewable.
